Browser?

Customer: Something on my site isn’t working right.
Me: Okay, which browser are you using?
Customer: What’s a browser?
Repeat conversation at least once a week for at least 5 years.

    Invariably, I've found that if they answer with “What's a Web browser?”, it means they're using IE6.
