My name is Greg Smart, I am a web developer and co-founder of the Arkansas based Pleth, LLC. I specialize in site development, the art and science of CSS coding, the impact of code structure on site accessibility and the application of web standards across a commercial base. Over the years I have discovered that this pursuit is a challenging and rewarding process. Just when you think you have it figured out, everything changes.
